Milligan is a village in Fillmore County with about 300 residents with an area population of closer to 500 that bank, shop, eat and drink in town.

The Community Club (MCC) is Business owners and other interested businesses or individuals that work together for the betterment of the Village and area. The MCC supports students with scholarships, has a business grant for building improvements, and has supported special and ongoing projects such as the Veterans Green Space, Ball field/Concession stand, and the Fun4All Park playground upgrades.
